CarePeer™ is a community for the people who do the hardest, most human work there is. Built for caregivers, supported by caregivers. Free to all — always.
Free means free. There is no paid tier and no upsell to join. CarePeer is operated by Deerghayu Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
No colleagues down the hall. No break room. No team huddle at the start of a shift. The isolation compounds — day after day, client after client, with no one who truly understands the work to turn to.
Peer connection is one of the strongest things known to reduce burnout and help caregivers stay in the work they love. CarePeer exists to make that connection reachable — no matter where you live, what shift you work, or which agency employs you.
Every CarePeer member has all four from the day they join. Moderated by experienced caregivers — not corporate representatives.
A warm, moderated space where caregivers share wins, ask questions, and support each other — any hour of the day or night. Real conversations from real caregivers.
Small groups of 8–12 caregivers who meet on a recurring schedule — organized by specialty, geography, or experience. Your circle becomes your people.
Experienced caregivers paired with newer ones as guides — never as supervisors. Matched within a week of joining, with you when you're stuck.
For the hardest days — when a client passes, when a family is unkind, when the weight catches up. Peer supporters trained in emotional first aid who understand.
A note on the hard days. CarePeer's peer support is a companion — fellow caregivers who've been there — not a substitute for professional care. If you are ever in crisis, you deserve immediate professional help. In the U.S., you can call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, any time, day or night.
Drop in between visits, after a shift, or in any spare moment. Joining takes a minute.
Use your real name or a handle. Share your agency or keep it private. CarePeer is built for psychological safety.
Based on your specialty, location, and preferences. Your first circle meeting happens within a week — mentorship matching follows the same week.
Share when you need to. Lurk when you just want to feel less alone. Open 24/7, moderated by experienced caregivers.
Reach your mentor when you're stuck. Reach a peer supporter on the days that ask more of you than usual.
Open to every frontline caregiver — regardless of which agency employs you, or whether you work through an agency at all.
Some caregivers come to CarePeer for connection and stay just for that — and that's exactly right. Others want to grow their craft. If that's you, there's a door open whenever you choose to walk through it.
CarePeer stays free, always. This is a separate, optional step you take only if you want to.
Caregiver training and skill-building, part of the CareBravo® ecosystem. Learn at your own pace, on your own schedule.
